How do I book?
Contact us to double check date availability. To reserve your teepee date we require $100 retainer and a signed waiver/contract. To reserve your outdoor tent date we require a retainer of half the balance and a signed waiver/contract.

How far in advance?
We ask for at least 3 weeks to ensure we have everything we need for a successful party .

Do I pay in full at booking?
A $100 retainer is required to book your date as well as a signed waiver/contract for indoor teepee events. For outdoor tent events we require half the balance owed and a signed waiver/contract.

What if something gets broken?
The client is responsible for the safe keeping of all equipment throughout the rental period.
The rental rate does not include any replacement cost should the equipment be damaged.
The client will be invoiced for damaged equipment.

What is your cancelation policy?
Refunds (minus retainer) will be given for parties that are cancelled 30 days or more prior to the event.
Parties cancelled less than 30 days before the event will not receive a refund. Event can be rescheduled to a date within 3 months of original date upon availability.
Either party will have the right to terminate this contract without penalty 30 days prior to the original scheduled event if the termination is given in writing by one party to the other within this period. In the event of such termination by either party, Milk & Honey Party Co will refund to the client all sums minus the retainer, paid by the client to Milk & Honey Party Co
If the client cancels less than 30 days prior to the event, then the client forfeits a refund. However, Milk & Honey Party Co. will work with the client to reschedule the event at a future date that is mutually agreed upon by both parties.

Can I save money if I set up or break down or provide my own pillows?
No, please allow only a representative from Milk + Honey Party Co. to disassemble equipment. Pillows are included in the price of a teepee set. No discounts will be given for outside pillows.
